Rain and Autumn in Chicago

Rain and autumn in Chicago as seen from my favorite El stop!
TAKE FROM ME MY LACE

What I Wore to Date Night!
Manor Estate Dress from ModCloth
Ballet slippers from Target
The dress is lovely in the details and although I started out in heels, I had to run to Target for little ballet flats because it started pouring yesterday. It’s definitely short at only 31 inches but the high neckline makes the whole outfit feel incredibly demure and oh so girly!
WHAT I WORE TO WORKOUT: STELLA + TARGET + VEEBS

{Stella McCartney for Adidas Tank Top, Champion for Target shorts, Blue Footed Booby Vibrams}
Do I shower before and after my morning runs? Why yes, I do! And yes, I shower before my morning races too. :D
SHORT SKIRT/LONG JACKET

Yes, I am a girl who knows what’s best. :) And do you see what I see? That’s right - it was cool enough for boots in both Chicago and Canton, Ohio. And John and I were wimps who needed our fall coats too. I sadly didn’t get a pic of my cute sweater dress from China - and yes, it’s awesome and short so I don’t get too warm. Any Tumblrettes rocking their fall boots yet?
White Dress in St. Petersburg

{We flew into St. Petersburg after our night at the ballet and I couldn’t stop dancing and twirling everywhere I went. White linen halter dress, Modcloth}

Craft and Commerce sends menus to the table wrapped in old books - mine happened to be a style guide from 1938. I was pretty excited and had to be restrained from trying to buy it. :)
